Made it to the gym again today. 4 miles on the treadmill. But I've figured out that if I do aerobics first, I don't have energy for lifting. So starting tomorrow, it's the weight room first before the aerobics.

I'm also trying to balance my workouts to avoid overtraining, but I have to be ready for a 5-miler on the 15th. Don't want to hurt myself!!!

I learned the hard way to NOT strength train after swimming. My upper back muscles were so taxed from trying to hold my bowling ball in position while swimming that one of them spasmed while I was doing pull ups. I thought I was having an aneurysm. Melodramatic? Yes, but that's the only way I learn.
