This was a March challenge from one of my Spark Teams, and I'm just repeating them here so I can remember them better:
1. Start counting calories (tracking alone doesn't seem to work very well)
2. Get more consistent with exercise in the evening, at least 30 min 5 days/week
3. Keep playing guitar 30 min or more daily (this one I AM keeping)
4. Keep my checkbook totaled & don't blow my savings on something stupid
5. All the shows are coming back this month - DO NOT LET stupid tv get in the way of my goals!
Yeah, especially that LAST one!
