Stress sets the stage. Got knocked off track by a death in the family. Then got sick. I have not had a virus that lasted a week in many years.
My immune system is usually pretty decent. Hanging around hospitals doesn't help. Not just walking the corridors but sitting in the rooms, etc.
I let myself rest and didn't avert to my goals orientation much.
I will get back on track in March however. 185 by 3/31. 100K steps a week. 2x to gym per week to get upper body work done, etc.
