My March 2014 goals:

### Overall Goals ###
1. Total 4K jump rope
2. Join Spark Team challenges
- Jump Rope Challenge = set monthly jump rope goal
- WarriorZ - ZWOW Challenge = 21-Day Spring Into March 2014
- Living Healthy In Our 20's and 30's = March Challenge
3. Do morning workouts

### Weekly/Fortnight Goals ###
1. Wk 3rd - 9th March (continued from Wk 24th Feb - 2nd Mar)
= restart morning ritual which includes morning exercises, wake up at about same time
2. Wk 10th - 23rd March
= start to include strength exercises
3. Wk 24th - 31st March (and continue to 6th April)
= start to include weights (dumbbells, kettlebells) into workout
