Decided to dress up my page for March. Currently a bit frustrated, the scale isn't changing and neither is the tape measure for most measurements. If the current trend continues I'm going to have trim thighs topped by a round body. My clothes are fitting better so evidently rolls are shifting but not in any way I can record. But I have not raided either the ice cream or the girl scout cookies and I'm still keeping with my exercise. So today I'm counting the things that have improved even though I would like to take a 5lb sledge to the scale.
I can now use my weights for every rep.
I'm sleeping better.
I've started using the Spark goal setting to accomplish other things, like keeping up with classes in Coursera and making some headway on housework.
My cardio stamina has improved. The only thing keeping me from 60 minutes of cardio is the time commitment.
They know me at the gym.
