Starting out the day well, with a good breakfast.
Yogurt, strawberry, with 2 tbls Flax (I ground myself)
& 2 tbls slivered almonds. Yum

Going to have a good day. How about you?

Thank everyone for reading and commenting on my last
blog.

Been a bit of a rough weekend with the eating, but
back on track today.
