It's been a long day. I'm grateful to be home earlier than expected. I had a class right after work, so I packed lunch, snacks, and dinner and stuck to what I'd packed. Tomorrow will be the same routine. I'll pack my food before bedtime tonight and refill my water bottle.
I am so grateful for my lunchtime walks. The walk plus 5-10 min of sitting by the water is so relaxing. I have a vibrating back cushion in my car on the drive between work and class to relax my sitting muscles, and drinking lots of water makes sure I don't sit too too long!
I'm grateful tonight for having completed a two-part class as well as the online class I finished up last night. Two more to check off my list. I'm very grateful for the energy to keep up with all the stuff on my plate at the moment and will be even more grateful for a lull in April.
Simply put, I am a grateful and happy person today!
