Well my food passions are in high gear as I start to really focus on low carb recipes for my diet.
I have started to create or adapt recipes and make them own and one day hope to to have my own food blog and who knows - a low carb home delivery empire lol.
Here is a start to my recipes - feel free to copy or use as you see fit. Would LOVE some feedback - still some work to do to these with formatting but I think they look pretty good!

I have also included something many food blogs and websites neglect - a nutritional analysis including cals, carbs and nutrients.
Many times I have seen a recipe and wonder how many carbs or cals per serve so I wanted to make sure people have all the info they need to make a choice about what to cook and how much to eat.
All of these are created or largely adapted by me. Photos are also mine EXCEPT the Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie one - making these today so I can take some new snaps!
So breakfast was Low Carb Blueberry Pancakes. I have never cooked pancakes before (come on I am an Aussie - pancakes are not really a thing here) and my first attempt ended up being Blueberry Mash Pancake. Edible but terrible! Apparently you should wait until the top has stop being runny before you flip 'em :)
After heavily adapting the recipe for low carb and experimenting I am enjoying pancake goodness for breakfast today.
At 9 carbs a serve!
Social media is such a big thing these days so I am trying to understand Pinterest and I guess I will have to get a twitter account (gag!)
Since I gave up drinking a few months ago my life seems to be really turning around and it is SO good to start to find some passion in life again.
Again I would LOVE some feedback - negative or positive on the recipes and so far and PLEASE if you try them let me know how you went.
While I remember a friend of mine said the baked cheesecake was not quite sweet enough for her so if you like things sweet I would add another 1/4 cup of sweetener - will update the recipe once I have popped around to see what everyone is up to!
