I didn't read all the responses but you aren't alone. My pug will eat anything so not an issue for him. The yorkie he knows if I put it in his food and he won't touch it. I put it in people food. Cheese or meat and he will eat it just fine. Teri 1416 days ago
I sure hope that you are not having a problem giving Cujo their pill. I had to give my cat Cuddles a pill a couple of years ago 3 times a day for 7 days. I am still trying to recover from that. I hope I never have to go through that again but I might have to as my baby L.,S. is not acting right and I need to have him checked.
I can only imagine!! It is difficult to give one of our dogs a pill. Even disguising it in a piece of food does not work with him. Somehow he always knows it is in there. A cat must be impossible to give a pill too!!
Thanks for sharing!! Gave me a laugh this morning!!!
After seeing the SWAT team giving the cat the pill brings back memories of my son trying give our 5 lb cat pills. He had to practically sit on her and even then she could spit it out. 1417 days ago
I FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS EASY FOR ME. PUT THE PILL IN THE END OF A PLASTIC STRAW AND BLOW IT RIGHT DOWN YOUR CAT'S THROAT. HE/SHE MAY SPIT OR COUGH BUT IT IS DOWN FOR GOOD! EVEN WRAPPING THE PILL IN LIVER SAUSAGE DIDN'T WORK AND MY CAT WOULD DIE FOR LIVER SAUSAGE. 1417 days ago
