Accountable for Day 4-5-6-7 (02.27.14-03.02.14)

I don't get on much during the weekend but did keep track of what I did! :)

02.27.14
Calories - 1171, Protein - 57, Fat - 47, Carbs - 127
Vitamins for the day taken
3 glasses of water, 4 cups of coffee, 3 cups of tea
20 mins on recumb, 10 minute walk at lunch

02.28.14
Calories - 1385 (YIKES), Protein - 64, Fat - 61, Carbs - 152
Vitamins taken for the day
4 glasses of water, 3 cups of coffee, 4 cups of tea
15 mins on recumb, 10 minute walk at lunch
Hmmmmm, this was not a good day! What's with that calorie count? Way too high for me. Need to exam WHY and WHAT happened for that to occur.

no exercise

4 glasses water, 3 cups of coffee, 3 cups of tea
Cleaned house - does that count?
