(It's crazy how routine gets all messed up when busy at work...eek!)

Small changes are the foundation for large ones. We don't need millions of dollars or fame to make changes. Help one person, and their change will help someone else, until it snowballs.
In the same thought, we don't need fancy gym equipment to exercise...a walk through the neighborhood, squats during commercials...any small movement can yield big changes.
