3/13- Well I am feeling the need to get a LIFE!!! 50% met is not cutting it! - WORK has to go! Strange to complain about having too much work but I AM GOING TO GET MY LIFE BACK TODAY! Hell Or High Water!
3/14 So did 30 min video!! and 6033 steps - much improved!
3/15 Made my 10,000 steps goal and 30 min video! On a roll!
3/16 Made my 10,000 steps goal and 30 min workout - woo hoo!

3/22 - yoga workshop 2hrs!

3/26 yoga 1 hr plus steps - no heart murmur all is good! Just stress - cool! Say no to stress!

3/29 Moving day - over 15,000 steps plus
3/30 second moving day over 12,000 steps plus
3/31 So not so bad, 2500 monthly fitness minutes averages to 80 mins per day. So very close to goal! I am redeemed :-)
4/1 - Have not given up on this! Just modification to focus on the next 8 weeks and 5% challenge!
