I went 2.5 weeks without sugars or gluten. then Friday rolls around and my fiance brought home sicilian pizza from our favorite place and DQ Blizzards. I had a food hangover on Saturday and felt like complete CRAP. I had anxiety and ridiculous anger and could only contribute it to the crap I put in my body.
So NOT worth it.
Still today on Monday I am bloated and feeling sluggish. That junk food is NOT worth it and I know I can find healthier alternatives. It takes effort and its not something to just pick up (ahh the convenience of take-out) but I know it will be worth it.
