Feeling Overwhelmed

Monday, March 03, 2014

Good morning everyone,

This morning I would like to talk about feeling overwhelmed. As we journey into our new life styles, we occasionally feel that we become overwhelmed. Our society today is we can do one more thing. But we tend not to priorities things and we get overwhelmed. At first with my journey with sparkpeople, I felt overwhelmed with tracking this and tracking that. I had no time; however, after some time to sit down and re-examining my life and putting things into prospective I decided to make some huge changes. Letting go of something and putting and making time for what was important. For example (God, my spiritual body, my family, my health, then everything else.) By putting everything in prospective and allowing God be in charge of my life. Things tended to not be so overwhelming anymore. Stress fell away, things became easier. This morning, take a break for a moment from all the hustle and bustle of life. Rest for a moment. What is truly important to you. Rearrange, move things around, let go of something and live life to the fullest with Joy, Peace, Happiness, and hopefully with God in your corner so that overwhelming sensation is not overtaking your life.

God Bless,

Society has be come so "instant" everything that its fooled itself into thinking the only way to get anything is to "multi task"...something always lacks and 100% is not given, so, it has to be done over, etc...
