Sleeping ... Finally.

I have actually slept two nights in a row. Last night, an entire 8 hours. Not something an insomniac can take for granted, but I am glad I found something natural that seems to be working. Now I can implement my regimen more efficiently.

By 7:02 this morning, I had already finished my 32-minutes of exercise with Coach Nicole. That in itself is miraculous, the fact that it is the third day in a row is just so AFFIRMING.
