New starts are always motivating. I should know, I have had a lot!
What I had been doing has not been working so what will I do differently now?
I am going to stop eating peanut butter and toast everyday for one thing. I dearly love my PB but I have a sneaking suspicion that I eat too much of it! The bread is also full of carbs and calories and more than likely it has sugar. I have noticed if I eat anything sugary it starts a chain reaction. I will have a temporary crazy spell and will eat more and more sugar or I will at least crave it!
I am going to try to avoid the foods I really really like because I tend to overeat on them.
I will weigh and measure to make sure my portions are the right size.
My focus will be on fruit and vegetables and protein! Not on carbs and then protein and then fruit!
I will be very conscious of the carbs I will eat. I do plan to eat quinoia, sweet potato, brown rice and Ezekiel bread ( only on weekends)!
I will continue my biking.
I will continue to track.
I will avoid all forms of sugar.
I will focus more on water.
I will weigh myself on Monday's after work - starting today!
If this does not work, I will tie myself to a tree and have my husband feed me only celery sticks until I lose 30 lbs!
