    You can do this. It just all has to come together for you between the food and exercise. Finding the balance is hard but once you do it will be easier. Take care---Susan

    I am the worst with chocolate and emotional eating. Every time I cry or am sad I immediately reach for chocolate and that's the only thing I want, I won't eat dinner or anything I just want chocolate so I know how you feel with that. It's still hard for me after 2 months dieting I'll see some chocolate in the kitchen and won't even realize it's in my hand next minute and I'm opening it! I think 'what am I doing?' and put it down but it's soo subconcious with me it's scary.
    Weekends are my downfall too, I ate way to much yesterday but today's monday and I'll get myself back on track and keep pushing! keep on pushin!
