Committing with this blog at the beginning of the week to stay focused on my healthy eating and small daily exercise goals each day. In the past, these type of weeks are the ones where I flub up, eating things that are fast and unhealthy, things that taste really good and are comforting, or feeling so stressed out that I don't want to start to get anything done. But, I 'm committed to keeping up with these little steps and not going backwards this week just because it is fraught with deadlines and anxious feelings.
With God's daily help, and a commitment to having a positive attitude, it WILL be a good week. I will do what I can each day, and not worry about those things that I am unable to do. "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference." I will not allow myself to get overwhelmed. I will bite off the elephant that is this coming week, one little nibble at a time!
