Still Struggling

It has been well over a year since my last blog posting and nothing much has changed emoticon

I have gained over 20 pounds and find myself making excuses to not work out and to eat unhealthy. It stops NOW!

I have signed up for a color run in April with my family and we have already started training to get back in shape.

I purchased an Aria scale to sync with my Fitbit to help keep me accountable and I will start doing a better job of tracking my calories.

My husband seems to be ready to re-lose his weight as well which should really help my motivation.
