knee issues day 4

Feeling much much better. Used the ice machine while sleeping and was able to go to the fitness center. Did upper body weights and the recumbent stepper with very very low resistance to basically get some movement in the knee. Since there are arm levers you can get a good work out without really using one leg. I then went to the therapy pool and did off the floor movement. So no body weight stresses on the knee. I think if I am mindful of what I do I will be OK.
