First Video Blog

Sunday, March 02, 2014

My first video blog! I know I look like crap because I just got done working out but I am pretty excited I figured out how to do this. I hope to post more video blogs in the future! I was motivated by my wonderful friend Lilla to do this. Her support and encouragement has been amazing and I am so glad we are in this together!!!!

wow great job planning your goals! Take it one step at a time, I started out just walking around for 30 minutes and have built up to an hour with some minimal jogging. My next goal is to add strength training too! Your food post made me so hungry lol, just thought I'd throw that in there. Anyways, good luck with your march goals, hope we both do great this month!

Woo-hoo! Great job on your blog! I am envious; I can't seem to do anything techy without my kids walking me through it. Good thing I have kids, right? I heard lots of goals, but not a peep about rewards--important!!!!! Reward yourself for your successes. Cheering you on....
