Well, after I write this blog, I will make my dinner, and then be off to the gym for one more workout this week. Monday is my one day off each week, and so my week goes from Tuesday to Sunday. This evening I plan to...
1. Hop on the elliptical for 30 minutes
2. Complete a full-body strength training circuit
3. Complete Week 1 of the Couch Potato to 5k program.
I'm a little tired from a long day, but I'm very eager to get into the gym! Hope you all had a great weekend, and that you'll have an even better Monday! As for me, I'll be sleeping all day.
