3.35 miles this AM on the treadmill and a fun little circuit.
20 pound Russian twists and weighted sit ups X3
20 pound tricep extensions and dips X3
Captains chair various crunches 5 sets of 10
walked home and am about to get the pups out:)

Sun's out but not for long:) Another winter storm is headed our way tonight and Monday. If we get all they are calling for 1-3 inches of ice and 6-10 inches of snow, I am not sure when we will have school again:)
Off to get the pups out:)
