So I gained .1, which is not much of anything. I'm thankful to have stayed basically where I was last week. Wish I could have lost more, but perhaps next week. I can't really say that I did anything really wrong this past week. I did all my workouts, with the exception of my long stretching yesterday, because I didn't really feel well, but I plan on doing that today with my workout I planned. I made good food choices. Probably didn't drink enough water.
This was my measure day, as I do it the first Sunday of the month. Total lost since Jan is 7.4 pounds and 3.5 inches.
