Day 60 "Create a Stop Sign"

In your journal create a stop sign with at least 3 things to do instead of heart hunger, and at least 3 things to do instead of head hunger. Memorize the lists or post them where you need it most.

Heart hunger

1. Cuddle my dog & cats
2. Hug my kids
3. Drink blueberry tea
4. Have a Greek yogurt

Head Hunger

1. Go for a ride in the car
2. Exercise: kickboxing is really good for releasing frustration
3. Clean something vigorously
4. Pull weeds
