Where to start? Well, I've been doing really well on my exercise and eating, and the scales have been kind the past few days. I've not eaten ANY sweet snacks for over 2 weeks now, and I'm not finding it that difficult. Definitely easier than I expected! I keep an apple and some carrot and celery sticks, in a bowel, for those sudden munchy attacks. Hubby wanted some chocolate chip cookies. I made them yesterday, and covered them with a towel, so I wouldn't have to look at them. This seems to be working well. emoticon

I've been doing a lot of exercise, trying to exercise at least an hour each day. Mostly it's cardio dancing, boxing, and bringing more wood up to the house. Yesterday it was a balmy 50 degrees outside!! So I seized the moment and took the dogs for a walk. This morning the ground is white with sleet, so no more walks any time soon. emoticon

I'm also strength training with a 30 day ab challenge, and a 30 day thigh challenge. On day 8 with the abs, and day 4 with the thighs. Today my thigh challenge says I get a day of rest, while the ab challenge has me doing more sit ups and such. Wish it was the other way around, as my abs are sore, but my thighs are fine. Isn't that just the way things go? Always backwards! lol!

Feeling a little tired this morning. Muscle fatigue. But that's a good thing, right? That means I'm accomplishing something! Will try not to let the foul weather and my weariness get me down today. Keep moving forward and don't undo everything I've accomplished so far.
