I crashed last night

I laughed this morning when I saw last nights one line post. You just don't know how hard it was to get that line typed as I had taken my sleep medicine and was typing basically with my eyes shut. It had been a busy day and I was just trying to log on fit bit and Spark people before going to bed. My husband was waking me up and getting me to go to bed as I was sleeping in the middle of posting. I don't know I think he had to wake me I kept trying to finish the one line and he kept saying come on wake back up get in bed. I am surprised the one line was even readable. :)

Christie Musso was a very good speaker and it helped me to re focus a lot. She was only there for 1 1/2 hours but it was really helpful for me. So yesterday was the women's conference in the morning then back for Saturday night prayer (preparing for a fast next week) and today morning Church service. I believe I needed this weekend's focus.

On a sad note I broke the 10,000 step streak on Friday. I just got 6,000 or so and yesterday almost 9,000. I am still working toward it but was beginning to cheat and shake it to finish my steps this week so decided I am only cheating myself. I will be honest!

My stress has receded a little, I met the Friday Deadline and have a follow up letter typed and ready to send Monday. I really think I will not be happy about the results of it all and will have to make major changes but I can't do anything more than I am doing about it and it rests in someone else's hands. So I have to have to depend on God to deal with my stress (along with every technique I know) and know he has a plan for me. I know God already knows the outcome and has it in hand.

Yesterday was really nice for some other reasons too...The weather turned sunny and warmed up again to the 70's and today looks to be a pretty one too. I also made some tasty sausage and peppers in spaghetti sauce that I ate over Spaghetti Squash instead of noodles and it was really yummy! I have been eating quick meals, grab it meals, and shakes due to not enough time and too much stress, so this was great. My husband and I actually sat down and ate dinner together for the first dinner this week. It was really needed and nice.
