Last week was very busy and chaotic. I didn't get on the treadmill, but was active in other ways. I am hoping this week will be better. Unfortunately it will still be busy, but hopefully in a more controlled fashion.
I have a new scale as the old one finally gave up and was no longer working. The new one has been working great, so it will be the one I use on Tuesday for my weigh in. I have logged into SP daily, I just didn't blog as I was too busy or tired. My eating went a bit off track a few times during the week, but there was NO binges. I ate normal portions, just stuff that was not ideal... like chili cheese fries... yup definitely not on plan there. It was my meal by the way. No burger or shake or anything, just an order of chili cheese fries in the middle of last week for lunch. Bad I know, but not horrid. So I am glad my portions stayed on track, just not the food. And the off plan food wasn't constant, just a few meals, not whole days blown. I have been on track this weekend though which is a great way to start March. I hope this month is full of progress and positivity.
