Went to Gym

Walked on treadmill tonight. I wanted to go earlier today...after work, but got sidetracked. I am proud of myself that I actually did go to the gym today. I know that I need to continue to keep going to the gym aka working out on a very regular basis.

The one thing I need to work on is going to workout prior to supper time as I tend to overeat after my workout when I do it after supper time or near supper time.

So today I was doing good food wise and then went to gym and burned 213 calories on treadmill and then came home and kept eating the French toast bread...so yummy but not so good...

    Protein and carbs I hear are great after a good workout.

    Have you tried using a plan for your after workout meals?

I just started doing one last week and it helps me.
15 of protein and 30 of carbs?
