... For my PM workout I wanted to change things up a bit today, so I dug into the past and pulled out one my tried and true FIRM workouts, remember this one ... I don't have the TransFIRMer any more, but I do have Gin Miller's "ramp" . I loved The Firm workouts and I miss the older format because in my opinion the older workouts that were on vhs were the best ones. But anyway, this was a full body workout that left no body part untouched... I think I will be feeling this one tomorrow! emoticon

Time: 42 mins
Calories: 279

AM Workout: Trainer's Edge Killer Abs and Back

Time: 32:30
Calories: 174

Total workout time for the day: 74.5 mins
Calories burned: 453 (... almost burned 500)

I miss the OLD Firm work-outs. I believe the woman who first started them died a few years ago. I think for a while she was selling the DVD's. I tried to find them again but haven't had any luck.

Loved the originals!!!

It's been a while since I have seen this workout. It sounds like it was just what you needed.
