... For my PM workout I wanted to change things up a bit today, so I dug into the past and pulled out one my tried and true FIRM workouts, remember this one
... I don't have the TransFIRMer any more, but I do have Gin Miller's "ramp"
. I loved The Firm workouts and I miss the older format because in my opinion the older workouts that were on vhs were the best ones. But anyway, this was a full body workout that left no body part untouched... I think I will be feeling this one tomorrow!
