Update on week 1 challenge.

For starters I toned down on being superwoman was not easy to ask for help but I did... Now my family is helping out.. throwing garbage away and I am teaching them to cook and reheat simple food.. they now put dirty clothes in the washer and even turn it on when they know that they are the last one taking a bath..they prepare their bookbacks .. I no longer sit with them to do their homework after they finish they give it to me to check it out... everyday this week I have managed to walk 10000 steps daily a total of 26 miles my goal was 25 miles... today was my weigh in I am doing it every first day of each month.. well this past month I have lost a total of 7 pounds and 3 ins overall..my bp is normal finally.. I have lots enegy...been doing the 10 mins of strength daily too in my car on every red light I lift weights .. I have been trying out new vegetables I tried brussles sprouts and asparagus my new found favoriets.. today I brought some beets do not know what to do with them so tomorrow gonna checkout recipes ...I know that I can juice them but want something to eat...on the soda pops sometimes I open a can and drink 4 oz and throw the rest away... had a glass of wine with my dinner today grilled steak and veggie was delish
I do not thinks I did wrong everything in moderation right???? any how I feel great now nest week challenge is to make 30 miles on walking... and to do 10 mins on bike....I feel like I can do it and I know I can....
