So I'm at the end of my third week with the spark people 28 day boot camp. Booyyy let me tell you it aint easy! But I love it. So far I have lost six pounds doing it. Three pounds each week so far ( wouldn't mind that every week!). Although I'm not sure what Mondays way in will tell me, since I've slipped a bit this week, but I won't be disappointed in my self if i gain a smidgen. I don't think I've taken a rest day yet. My body's a little sore, but I feel better. On my "rest" days I cross train with some dancing or jump rope and yoga.
On a side note I got rid of some clothes today taking up space and stuff I didn't wear. I can't wait to get to 160 so I can buy my self a new outfit and I will be around half way there with a total of 25 pounds lost. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that progress is potent.
I've also switched my major ( slight change from fashion design to FD and merchandising) and now traveling to a whole new city!
Hopefully I will be 145-130 by my 21st birthday!
Anyways, time to do a lot of stretching and yoga, happy days sparkers
