Wk 151 Weigh In

Life is like a box of chocolates. Except someone else ate all of the good ones before the box got to me.

Nothing much to report this week except of some delicious fried chicken and fried potato wedges on Thursday night. Oh how I wish that meal would have shown up on Monday instead. So I posted a small gain this week, not the end of the world. I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I think whatever does bring about the end of the world will be something bigger than my own personal weight gain. At least I hope to God that the world isn't hanging on my scale.

On to the numbers:

Weight : 222.4
Gain : 0.8
Total : 97.6

I will try to do better this week, honestly I will :) That is all for now, I am done writing. Good bye.

Did you ever think that this might be the weight you should be at....remember all that set point stuff from the 90's?

    You are so faithful in reporting your numbers! My weigh in was a wash, but I was glad that my day of eating out with friends (all 3 meals, different friends) followed my weigh in! I was up this am. Hopefully, buckling down to normal this week will remove the excess.
