march goals

gonna work on my nighttime eating. i have lost a lit control in this dept

increase excercise to 30 min 6 days a week. i have improved in this category but i still need more improvement

decrease my sugar and sweets. once again, i have made progress but have slipped back a little into old habits

stay on plan and in calorie ranges every day. this includes limiting processed foods and eating healthy

increase my jogging and walking times and speeds. a constant struggle to do better

pray and study bible everyday. spead more time with God. have def made improvements but need to be more consistent

pay tithes and attend church weekly. desperatly need to do this.

i want to check back in middle of month and at end of month to see my progress

    This is fantastic! It is great that you have set goals and are holding yourself accountable by checking back in mid-month with an update.

    Just want to let you know I like your March goals! I haven't done this before, and I think I will! Thanks for sharing yours!

    You mentioned you want to study your Bible regularly. I found a group of women on FaceBook to study the Bible and share online (private groupings). The site is "Intentionally Focused on HIm"...and also, related to this, is "Good Morning Girls". They suggest a short Bible reading each day Mon-Fri with a verse or two of that reading to meditate upon with one or two verses of those to "SOAP" (Scripture...Observations...Applica
    tions...Prayer). It's my first time in this group, and I am really loving it. One of our women suggested this as "spiritual breakfast", since she does it each morning. You might enjoy going to either of these sites and checking them out to see whether you'd like it. The study we're doing now is 8 weeks long (we're now about to start our 7th week). We're doing a different theme each week, each building upon the one before, and a person can jump in any time. :)
