I've often heard that abs are found in the kitchen. I never realized how true that is until this week. This last month I concentrated on getting my fitness activity level up and coped pretty well at first. Great food choices, and didn't find many things tempting. This last week though, has been very full! I have managed to keep up my fitness goal, but my kitchen is a wreck! LOL abs really are found in the kitchen, and mine are currently covered in layers. I haven't made the time to clean it up so consequently I've allowed myself to indulge in some not so great choices. I think I may have undone all my hard work. Sooo.....
Today's plan is:
Clean out the fridge and face the casulties of my possible gone bad produce :(
Get the dishes done so I don't have that kitchen is a wreck excuse!
Make a clean healthy dish out of whatever produce survivors there are.
Log all of those horrible choices I made to have a visual of the consequences.
STILL get my hour in, because after all that work, I deserve to feel GREAT!
