Its been four months since I started with SparkPeople and I feel great. I reached my first weight loss goal even if it was 3 weeks later than planned. I've managed to drop 30 pounds despite the holidays and two vacations to Mexico. This last month I felt like my motivation was slipping a little bit - I was over-eating and wasn't hitting the exercise quite as much. Still - I was eating better foods nutritionally and I was doing some exercise. A huge improvement from before I started. I focused on the Sparkpeople motivational resources and I really found some things that helped me get back on track. Time to set my next weight loss goal and keep up the momentum!
