It seems I finally got the hang of eating and exercising the right amount. I'm also not stressing about it. Sometimes I take advantage of the freedom to eat extra when I exercise. Sometimes I don't feel like it and stay at 1200 calories or below my new range.
What got me is being sick for 11 days unable to keep much of anything down due to a stomach bug going around. I would have expected to have lost much more, but apparently I must have indulged in the BRAT diet, ha ha. It's probably best that way since weight lost too fast is bound to come back on just as fast. It will take some more readjusting after these few days of bad eating to no fault of mine.
Overall, I'm on the right track. 15.4 lbs to date. I cannot complain.
