Did a little bit better this week
Weight: above 205 = (0.0)
BodyFat: = 24% = (0.1)
Exercsise (5 walks, 1 spin session, 1 weights, 1 reg) = (0.8)
Eating = 7 fruits/vegetables average = (0.7)
Total = (1.6) = C-

Took a bad spill Sunday morning. Took a dime of skin off of one of my hands and a quarter off of each knee. Had one exercise session under my belt by then. By the end of the week got two more in. 15 minutes on the spin bike and a really good heavy weigh session. Speaking of which...
**Body Fat: 24% (0.1)
Through most of the week, my midweeks were holding at 23%, so I was hoping for 0.2. It will recalibrate. I'm going to try an intro to HIITS class at my gym this morning. It could help with both this and weight

Last weeks weight was definitely a lot of water weight, though the exercise helped this week a bit. I currently weigh 206.2 as of this morning. If I can lose a pound and a half this week, and either get an extra gym session or two (or go back down to 23% BF), I could have a C for next week! Ceteris peribus, of course.
On my best five days, I averaged 6.6 FVs. rounded up to 0.7. would have rounded down to 0.6 if it had been 6.4.
-Diet was tracked and therefore up from last week
-Went to the gym less but walked more (walking tends to help bodyfat more long term)
-Bodyfat up, but I believe temporarily so
-Weight still above 205, but heading in the right direction
Let's *see* if I can get a *C* next week (catch what I did there?)
