Give It 100 Challenge- March
I'm challenging myself to get back on track and stay there.
My Goals: Eat right every day and track every bite, sip, taste.
Walk 5 times every week
Attend at least one class at the YMCA every week
Drink 8 cups of water every day
Take my supplements every day.
I need to give myself a chance to see and feel the benefits of consistency. Its still very cold here, so its difficult to walk outside. And if I cant walk everyday its difficult for me to stay focused. So on cold days I have to get to the gym to walk the treadmill. My gym bag is packed and ready to go if I need it.
At the end of March I expect to be in a much better place,in the habit of making good choices every day.
Also, I've decided to keep a video journal, making entries daily.
Future goals: go from walking to walk/jogging to jogging daily
