Okay, Sparkers, it's OMAT time!!! :-)
February OMAT was to stay within my calorie range EVERY day all day for the entire month.
Update: February 7th I had hip surgery and I knew this would be a tough month and it would be important for me to stay within my calorie range. In February, I went over my calories on a total of three days. Each day it was a conscious decision starting with the day prior to surgery. I knew I needed to eat more that day in preparation for fasting and surgery. Anyway, the main thing is that I made up (aka balanced) the calories the very next day in each and every case. THAT is the real goal, right? There will probably always be days when we (I) end up going over. That's real life. The trick is to make it balance. THAT is the real goal, right? :-)
So, with that in mind, here is my March OMAT:

I will BALANCE my calories every single day all month long!
(Translated, that means that if/when I choose to go over my calories, I will immediately balance my calories the very next day. Real life!)
I will ACCURATELY track my water EVERY day all month long. TRULY make sure to drink eight full glasses of water every day = 64 ounces = half a gallon = two quarts. Yeah, baby! I'm ALL IN!!! :-)
