I just read a blog about Spark's Spring Into Shape with a 20-Day Challenge! I'm joining. They want us to do at least 10 minutes of fitness every day. www.sparkpeople.com/blog
I'm pretty well past that but I'm terrible about strength training. Love the cardio hate the weights. So I'm going to do at least 10 minutes of strength training every other day for my challenge. Since I'm not into social media I'm going to blog every other day about my strength training escapades in an attempt to stay accountable. Of course I'll still do my hour of cardio too.
Today I plan to get my old resistance band out and work on my upper body for 10 minutes. I'll come back with a goal met or an excuse in the next blog.
