The pic shows last night's dinner.
I used Philladelphia's mushroom sauce - with wholemeal taglatellia pasta, chopped mushrooms and some minced quorn for extra protein.
It was awesome - too delicious! I made a big batch and portioned it into 3 so I wouldn't overeat! That's how tempting it was! One serving without veg is 335kcals!
