Hi, Spark Friends. I just wanted to give an update on how things turned out for me in the month of February. I lost two pounds this month.
I also had a personal challenge to eat a salad everyday during the month.
I ate a salad 25 out of the 28 days.
I did achieve my goal to get in a minimum of 1,000 fitness. I was a little concerned about meeting this goal since I started off slower this month.
I really pushed myself this week and last week to get in those needed minutes.
I'm so proud of myself for making it happen.
Keep Sparking. Let's have a GREAT March. In March, my goals are similar to my February ones. My food challenge in March will be to eat two different types of fruit per day.
