I made 1500 minutes in a month!!

Finally, after all the fitness minutes I have logged over the past year, I have finally crossed the 1500 minute mark in a month and got the award. Interestingly it was in the shortest month of the year. It seems I should have gotten that one before. Or maybe I did but didnít pay attention? Which would be par for the course with me.

Gotta love a half day Friday. Taking off this afternoon to have a contractor look at some concrete that needs to be repaired. Hopefully he gets done early so I can be free for the day and make the gym early. But either way, itís a half day Friday and a boring day waiting on a contractor beats a full day at work.

On a happy note, it appears we are about to get slammed by Old Man Winter hopefully for the last time this season. They are calling for sleet and freezing rain tonight followed by 6-12 inches of snow on Sunday into Monday. I could get a lot of extra fitness minutes shoveling this stuff.

Hopefully I can punch through the 270 mark again. I have been stuck for the last couple weeks at the 270-271 range and want to bust through and get back into the 260ís. I am only 34 pounds more than my lowest weight right now. Would love to hit that by mid June and enjoy a summer not as concerned with how I look and fitting in clothes I like more than my bigger ones.

Well, have a great weekend everyone. I plan to workout and read and evidently shovel snow. Might try to make it to a local gun show too.

    Congrats on the 1500 fitness points trophy! emoticon I did 1000 for both Jan & Feb and want one for every month in 2014. I might even surprise myself and get a 1500 one too. emoticon emoticon
