I hit my goal of losing a 2nd 10% of my body weight. Wow!!!!!
60 pounds gone, and I feel FABULOUS! I have energy through the roof. I am enjoying exercise. Life is fun again.
I joined the '100 in a year' challenge board. It sounds so simple when you break it down. Lose 25 pounds per quarter, which is just 2 pounds per week. I CAN DO THIS!
Now when I stumble and fall and want to quit, someone please remind me of how great it feels to get healthy. Remind me of how far I've come already. Remind me that I CAN do this.
