Had a good day, but a very stressful afternoon. I'll write about that tomorrow...I'm too tired right now and don't care to dredge up all that stress and emotion just before bed. So, here's the stats for today:
Breakfast: two bran muffins, a banana, orange juice.
Lunch: sweet-and-sour noodles with sugar snap peas.
Dinner: Red beans and rice, cheese quesadilla, chips and salsa.
Snacks & extras: three small turkey & cheese roll ups, baby carrots with ranch, tropical fruit mix (papaya and pineapple), one glass of wine after work and two beers with dinner.
Didn't work out today, but I plan to do so tomorrow. I don't want to kill my knees, so I want to take a break every couple of days. I'm going over to my in-laws (MIL & FIL) house tomorrow night for the first time in almost five years. They extended an olive branch by taking Daughter and us out for dinner for her birthday, so I want to try and keep the positivity flowing. Plus, their sheep had lambs a week ago and we want to go see them. Hopefully the rest of the in-laws (they live next door) that we don't like (and don't like us) will stay up the hill and leave us alone.
