Stepped back on the scales this week. Gain 500grams. I'm okay with that.
I'm five days into my elimination diet. Day three was really hard, just wanted to eat chocolate or have a milky drink and some biscuits. The weekend is going to be the biggest challenge - our church is having a bbq and beach day, so I won't be eating much, just the meat really. Small sacrifice in getting to the bottom of these hives/
My digestion seems to be all funny also. I feel like it is running slowly. For example, I ate ice cream over the weekend, and usually I'll feel the effects a few hours later, but it wasn't until Wednesday that I got the gut cramps and whatnot.
I'm thinking it's likely that the hives and digestion issues might be related.
