Thursday, February 27, 2014

Disappointed. I did everything correct. 1 lb is nothing. I hope next week is kinder to me.

My dear, it's 1 lb. released to the universe! It's a good thing! Remember, it takes us awhile to get to where we are when we start this journey, and it will take awhile to get to where we're going. The main thing is to keep going! Stay the path. Don't give up!!!

All journeys start with a small step. Keep focused for success. You can do it too. Go for it.

Don't think of how little 1# is ... think of it as (for example) 1# of cheese, etc. that you are not carrying around with you anymore! Way to go!

Thanks so much! I did work my ass off and I really deserved more but I guess 1 lb loss is better than 1 lb gained. Just hard to swallow.

Thanks again! You gave me just what I needed!

One pound is still one pound. It's an accomplishment, no matter how small you feel it is. And it's not small. You worked your ass off for that pound. Be proud. Own it. You deserve it. Be happy. It's "not only a pound"; it's a whole pound! That's awesome! Congratulations! You lost a pound!!!!!
