This week I do have food, etc., in place and will have my TIC TAC TOE Challenge sheet posted on the Fridge. I need more veggies, but thatís coming via a friend. This week, though, I want to get back on track with my SMART goals. When I reviewed them, I saw they were still relevant, but that I hadnít focused on them as I should. So now its time to take it up a notch!
Get to work on all my Challenges and SMART Goals
Iíve really been lax in my Meditation. Well, not even LAX Ė I havenít started. Itís time to get moving on it to help reduce the stress of whatís happening in my life.
1. Exercise everyday at least 30 minutes to aid weight loss, lower blood sugar and improve my "good" Cholesterol. This will be checked with a metabolic blood panel at a doctor's appointment in April.
2. Improve stress by practicing meditation and using physical meditation (Tai chi or yoga) at least 10 minutes five days a week.
Time to get this party started!
