I have been on Optifast since October and I should have reached my goal weight by now but I cheated along the way. I do fine during the day but in the evenings I get terrible cravings for something to sink my teeth into. I know I need to learn to overcome these cravings. I am going to try journaling and visualizations of myself at goal weight. I will blog later to let you all know if it works.
